Leo Franco operated with good results

This article talks about the goalkeeper of Atlético de Madrid {my team}, Leo Franco, who has been operated of the quadriceps of his right leg. The operation had very good results, as the speaker of the team said “the operation was very satisfactory for us.

The operation took place in Finland and the doctor who made the operation was Sakari Orawa a very good Finnish doctor. It also helped the chief of the doctors of Atletico de Madrid, Jose Maria Villalon. They say Leo Franco is going to be around 3 months out of the fields.

Identity Theft Questions

October 20, 2007

1. Define Identity Theft using google.com, wikipedia.com, or dictionary.com. Make sure you put your source of information, that is the address of the website you used in brackets. For example, if you go to dictionary.com and type in a search for identity theft the web address will be: (http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/identity%20theft). You cannot simply put (google.ca) as a reference as this does not direct the reader to the actual source of your information.
When an unauthorized party fraudulently represents themselves as another party
2. Give at least three examples of how identity theft can occur.
In one notorious case of identity theft, the criminal, a convicted felon, not only incurred more than $100,000 of credit card debt, obtained a federal home loan, and bought homes, motorcycles, and handguns in the victim’s name, but called his victim to taunt him — saying that he could continue to pose as the victim for as long as he wanted because identity theft was not a federal crime at the time — before filing for bankruptcy, also in the victim’s name.
3. How can identity theft ruin financial resources?
While the victim and his wife spent more than four years and more than $15,000 of their own money to restore their credit and reputation, the criminal served a brief sentence for making a false statement to procure a firearm, but made no restitution to his victim for any of the harm he had caused. That case, and others like it, prompted Congress in 1998 to create a new federal offense for identity theft.
4. How serious of an issue is it, are there any statistics on the crime rates?
The Federal Trade Commission estimates that nearly 10 million Americans had their identities stolen in 2003, costing consumers and businesses more than $50 billion.
5 .Is it easy to become a victim of identity theft, explain why or why not?
It depends of who the person is, if its someone who doesn’t now anything about internet its easy to become a victim if not there’s les possibilities.
6. What sort of problems will a victim have after an identity theft?
Normally the victim needs to pay all the things that the author of the crime buys.
7. What type of information is usually taken in a theft?
The number of the credit card
8. How is this information obtained?
The way is obtained the information it’s because the victim is a bit stupid because they give the number of the credit card by internet. By webmail
9. What are some ways to prevent yourself from becoming a victim.
Do not give your information to anyone.
10. Finally, what should you do if you have been victimized by identity theft?
Go to the bank and say it to the police.
